Established in 2003, since this time we have been providing quality professional transportation to Mississippi Medicaid, private residents, nursing homes, hospitals, and churches all across South Mississippi. We offer Behavorial Health facility transportation specializing in PHP and IOP programs. As well as, NET transportation for Hospice facilities.
Mobile One NET provides special needs transportation for all ambulatory or wheelchair clients. Services include transportation to doctors visits, dialysis, hospital discharges, hospice, and more. We provide transportation by way of wheel chair van, passenger van, and by way of car. Mobile One NET has been a leader in the Non-Emergency Transport Business for nearly a decade.
The company is operated using TransiTrak dispatching software. Mobile One was a key component in developing the software to efficiently mainstream all of its routes and transports. With this new innovative software product, Mobile One is able to transport all of its clients safely, efficiently, and securely while being tracked at all times.
All vehicles are routinely inspected, maintained, and are required to be fully DOT compliant with the American Disabilities Act. Our drivers are efficiently trained and complete a driver trainer course in compliance with the State Medicaid Transportation Provider Program. Drivers are recertified each year and are required to complete an annual drug screen, background check, and sex offender registry check. Mobile One participates in the CTAA Train the Trainer and PASS (Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity training) driver training educational course. This certification is not required by the State, but it is the national industry standard and Mobile One always strives to train and provide a higher quality service and safety level versus our competitors.

Mobile One provides a full door to door service 24 hours a day. A door to door service means we transfer the client from their front door to wheel chair during pick up and from wheel chair to the front door of the destination. Our diverse fleet of vehicles will allow the client to ride and relax comfortably during the trip. During transportation, our vehicles are constantly in communication with our dispatchers and tracked via TransiTrak software and GPS. Remember our quotes are inclusive and cover client and rider.
